Today our team conducted a physical awareness programme on the topic “Work related musculo-Skeletal disorders” at Bridgeway Motors (Mercedes Benz), Calicut.
This was lead by our Physio and HOD Mr. Jasil R.P, who has specialized in Myofascial release. He was accompanied by our Physio Mr. Arun, a sports specialist. Mr. Jasil took a very interesting session by enumerating about our topic while Mr. Arun did the practical session.
The session highlighted the issues related to lifestyle changes which have led to many health disorders and the remedies to be taken.
