MUSCLE STRAIN

A muscle strain, or pulled muscle, occurs when your muscle is overstretched or torn. This usually occurs as a result of fatigue, overuse, or improper use of a muscle. Strains can happen in any muscle, but they’re most common in your lower back, neck, shoulder, and hamstring, which is the muscle behind your thigh.

NECK PAIN

Neck pain can emerge from numerous disorders and can involve any of the tissues in the neck. Common causes of neck pain are; Degenerative disc disease, Osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis spinal stenosis and Repetitive Stress injuries of the neck muscles.
When you visit a physiotherapy specialist you will undergo a complete evaluation. They will assess how well you can move your neck and identify limitations or dysfunctions that may contribute to pain.
